TheSOUL.Academy is the online self-discovery school where it all begins with you. 
 

Developed for people who are longing to understand themselves and design the experience they envision, theSOUL.Academy equips students to be empowered in their authentic identity, to integrate change as a welcomed component of life, and to hold the pen as the author of their journey through a curriculum that utilizes design thinking and a strategic mindset as the vehicle to design an optimal, fulfilling life experience.

Our time together in theSOUL.Space focuses on mindset design through contemplative practices, reframing and renegotiating our perspective of life lessons, and practical application of life design theory through activities and self-paced coursework.
